        Most respectfully, I beg to state that I am Abhaya Kumar Rout Ray, a student of class X of the St. Joseph International School, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I have been suffering from fever from last 2 days, I consulted a doctor and have been prescribed medication. But my health condition seems to decrease day by day. The doctor advised me to take bed rest for at least 5 days.  So, I need a leave from school for 5 days.

                    Therefore I request you to please kindly grant my application and allow me a leave of 5 days for which I shall be grateful to you.
