    Most respectfully, I beg to state that I am Ravi Kumar, a student of +3, first year of the Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha. I obliged to bring you the fact that my father is a central government employee. He is an employee of the Reserve Bank of India. Previously he was working in the Reserve Bank of Indian office in Bhubaneswar, Recently he got a promotion and he has to join the Reserve Bank of India office Kolkata. So, my whole family has to shift to Kolkata. Therefore I can't able to continue my studies at the Ravenshaw University, Cuttack.
