I obliged to bring you the fact that I am suffering from a fever for the last 5 days. The doctor prescribed a high dose of medicine. The medical test is going on. So, on the date of 14 March 2020 I have to visit the hospital for my further medical test. So, I request you for 1 day of leave from school.
